Oligomycin 是由链霉菌属（Streptomyces sp.）代谢产生的一种大环内酯类抗生素，为三种寡霉素同分异构体的混合物，分别是Oligomycin A，B和C。Oligomycin 是线粒体 F0 亚基 H+-ATP 合酶的抑制剂，可破坏氧化磷酸化和电子传递链。它可抑制 TNF 诱导的细胞凋亡，并可作为抗真菌抗生素。
